No. The player runs in your browser and does not proxy media through ToolHive.

Why does an m3u8 stream fail to play?

Common causes include CORS restrictions, expired signed URLs, unsupported codecs, wrong MIME types, or a stream that requires custom headers.

Can I play private streams?

Only if your browser can access the stream directly with its normal cookies or URL token. This tool cannot attach custom request headers.
